The Wroclawian Market Square is the best entertainment of this city and the heart of a pedestrian zone. Wroclaw market has been planned in 1230 year. The oldest part of the town hall is a long time the judicial panel. The main part of the market is Salt Square, once a secondary market, the salt trade, now transformed to a place of trade.

Each property has a traditional name, usually associated with the coat of arms visible on the facade or related to the history of the house itself, for instance Under the Griffins, Under the Blue Sun and Old Town Hall. Almost always several of them are available. It is possible to hire them and to see Wroclaw in original manner. This is one of the largest markets and the Old Town in Europe.
